越南精细称重混棉气流纺成套项目Vietnam Fine Weighing Blended Cotton Rotor Spinning Project
该项目是公司在越南胡志明区域的首个气流纺成套项目。客户为韩国大型纺织服装集团，为全球知名服装品牌提供优质纱线和面料。经过全面考察和技术论证，客户最终选择CTMTC&经纬纺机作为合作伙伴。该项目清梳联配置了全球先进的精细称重混棉机，JWF1366匀整并条机采用了自主研发的NAS匀整系统，生产速度和匀整指标达到国际先进水平。JWF1618气流纺纱机在纺纱品质和能耗方面表现优秀。项目预计2025年初投产，主要生产高品质CVC气流纺纱线。
This project is the company's first rotor spinning project in Ho Chi Minh area of Vietnam. The customer is a large textile and garment group in South Korea, which provides high-quality yarns and fabrics for global famous garment brands. After a comprehensive investigation and technical demonstration, the customer finally chose CTMTC & Jingwei as its partners. The blowroom&carding line of this projectis equipped with globally advanced fine weighing multi-mixer, and JWF1366 Auto-leveling Draw Frame adopts self-developed NAS leveling system, which achieves the international advanced level in production speed and leveling indexes, while the JWF1618 Rotor Spinning Machine has excellent performance in spinning quality and energy consumption. The project is expected to be put into production in early 2025, mainly producing high-quality CVC rotor spinning yarn.
越南3万锭精梳机成套项目Vietnam 30,000 Spindles Complete Combing Project
该项目是公司布局越南北部区域的精梳机样板项目，客户为越南本土企业，专注生产纯棉高品质高支数纱线，产品畅销全球市场。经过市场调研和考察论证，客户最终选用了JWF1385条并卷机和JWF1286精梳机。近年来经纬纺机的精梳机设备不断改进升级，在生产速度和梳理质量方面达到了国际先进水平，获得了越来越多国内外客户的信赖，产品供不应求。
This project is a model combing machine project of the company in the northern region of Vietnam. The customer is a local enterprise in Vietnam, focusing on the production of pure cotton high quality and high count yarn, and the products are sold well in the global market. After market research and investigation, the customer finally selected JWF1385 Lap Draw Frame and JWF1286 Combing Machine. In recent years, the combing machine equipment of Jingwei has been continuously improved and upgraded, and has reached the international advanced level in terms of production speed and carding quality, which has gained the trust of more and more domestic and foreign customers.
